You must register in advance. Groups are limited. Meetings are 90 minutes each and in person. Students must provide a parent/guardian signed release form in order to participate. Parents/guardians are welcomed to wait for their students at the tentative meeting location.

PARENTAL PERMISSION
I hereby consent to allow my son/daughter to participate in consumer research activities, specifically a ninety-minute (90 minute) focus group, to be conducted by CultureSpan Marketing for the sole purpose of evaluating broadcast TV commercials. I also consent to allow CultureSpan Marketing to videotape and capture audio recordings of their responses on behalf of the client, an accredited four-year university. I also understand that all recordings are for the record only, will not be used in advertising without express written consent, and will only be used to assist in developing reports and data associated with this research study. Furthermore, I understand that these recordings are the sole property of the client and that my son/daughter will be provided with a $50 cash stipend for their feedback and participation.
